The Entry-Level Fundraising Associate will represent some of the most impactful non-profit organizations in the country at community events and fundraising initiatives. You’ll engage potential donors, raise awareness for the missions of these non-profits, and work towards achieving fundraising goals that help create lasting positive change.
Key Responsibilities
Event Representation:
Represent non-profit organizations at community events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising activities.Donor Engagement:
Engage potential donors with compelling communication about the non-profits’ missions and goals.Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors to ensure continued support.Event Coordination:
Set up and manage event displays to attract attention and maximize participation.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.Fundraising Tracking & Reporting:
Track and report on fundraising results, offering insights for future campaign improvements.Knowledge Building:
Stay informed about the non-profits’ missions to confidently answer donor inquiries.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability, including some weekends for events.
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
