Join our team as an Event Customer Service Representative and play a key role in increasing awareness of our clients' products through engaging, pre-planned local events. Working closely with our Event Coordinators, you’ll help bring brands to life while delivering outstanding customer service. Paid training is provided!
Core Responsibilities
- Be the Brand Voice: Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events.
- Customer Engagement: Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and offer demonstrations or samples.
- Promotion Assistance: Support customers with completing order or registration forms during events.
- Pricing Knowledge: Communicate approximate product package quotes effectively.
- Event Reporting: Keep detailed records of event traffic, customer feedback, and challenges to help improve customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Direct event-based customer service experience is a plus.
