Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Marketing Plans: Implement marketing plans and operational functions to meet company standards.
- Product Knowledge Training: Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to on-site teams under management's guidance.
- Product Presentation: Implement product presentation directives according to sales team standards.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers by addressing questions about featured client products/services.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Gain in-depth knowledge of the marketing and branding strategies for all new clients acquired by the company. Utilize this knowledge to develop customized marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance productivity and achieve sales goals.
- Marketing Systems: Familiarize yourself with the marketing systems used during each promotional campaign.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience (1 year) in sales, marketing, advertising, events, or retail-related settings preferred. Internship experience and entry-level positions will be considered as working experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities.
