WHAT YOU’LL DO:
MGT is looking for a Systems Engineer with advanced communication skills for leading technical discussions with teams and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. The position demands expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing enterprise networks, as well as implementing security, automation, and advanced solutions. Strong project management skills are necessary, including leading large projects, managing design, implementation, and documentation, while collaborating effectively with engineers and the PMO.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrates advanced communications skills required in technical role. Ability to lead technical discussions with team and customers.
- Excellent collaboration with other engineers and PMO on project.
- Work closely with PM and customers to ensure full customer trust and satisfaction.
- Successfully works and manages multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates the advanced ability to manage and develop TSG technical documentation, deliverables and workbooks.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a network engineer.
- Demonstrates the experience level equivalent to three (3) approved associate level certifications (ex: Cisco CCNA, Aruba ACSA, and ACMA) or one (1) approved professional level certification (ex: Cisco CCNP, ARUBA ACSP).
- Advanced knowledge and skills needed to configure, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise networks.
- Can implement advanced security principles, implement automation and programmability within an enterprise network.
- Demonstrates the advanced ability to plan, design and lead a large project with multiple technology types and advanced solution sets.
- Possess an advanced ability to re-configure and configure platforms in a holistic manner.
- Can implement changes and perform change control mechanisms with the ability to fully test outcomes.
- Demonstrates the advanced ability to lead large projects when assigned, from beginning to end.
- Manages all aspects of design, prep, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and customer sign-off.
- Excellent technical collaboration with other engineers and PMO during projects driving the technical aspects of project to ensure trust and satisfaction.
