Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other identified products in a timely manner with minimal call-backs or re-work using the latest robotics and automation technology.
- Integrate Automation Solutions: Identify opportunities to incorporate automation solutions into the repair and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with automation engineers and specialists to understand and implement robotic systems that enhance the efficiency of lift truck diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot Robotic Systems: Develop expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to robotic systems used in lift trucks.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Position Requirements
- A technical background is required, including basic programming skills relevant to robotics and automation technology.
- A strong background in working with robotics and automation of equipment is necessary.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems, and charging systems is essential.
- The ability to possess and utilize own tools is mandatory.
- Good communication skills and accuracy in completing paperwork are also required.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary.
Working Conditions
Hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some overtime possible. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
