The primary function of the Service Coordinator is to assist the branch with necessary administrative duties, as well as perform all posting, tracking and billing functions for the Service Department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Typing of customer service and sales quotes, tracking rental fleet and invoicing.
- Daily service reports and timecard entry.
- Warranty and fleet claims entry.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies.
- Making arrangements for service schooling.
- Maintain rental and used truck inventory.
- Communicate with service manager and sales.
- Manage the Fleet App, taking care of miscellaneous work orders in system, taking ownership in the PM portion of managing and scheduling PM’s.
- Managing and scheduling all rental PM’s.
- Dispatching of technicians and directing calls as need to the rest of the branch.
- Put together service quotes, manage the quotes in MSP and follow up on quotes that are not approved.
Job Requirements:
- Professional and courteous customer relations skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects and frequent interruptions.
- Knowledge of computer software such as Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with some overtime required. This is an hourly position.
