Description
The primary function is to assist the branch with necessary administrative duties, as well as perform all posting, tracking and billing functions for the Service Department.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls.
- Typing of customer service and sales quotes.
- Tracking rental fleet.
- Daily service reports.
- Timecard entry.
- Warranty and fleet claims entry.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies.
- Processing of invoices.
- Making arrangements for service schooling.
- Maintain rental and used truck inventory.
- Communicate with service manager and sales.
- Manage the Fleet App, taking care of miscellaneous work orders in system, taking ownership in the PM portion of managing and scheduling PM's.
- Managing and scheduling all rental PM's.
- Dispatching of technicians and directing calls as need to the rest of the branch.
- Put together service quotes, manage the quotes in MSP and follow up on quotes that are not approved.
Job Requirements :
Working Conditions : Hours will be 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday with some overtime required. This is an hourly position.
