About the Position : We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, keeping things organized, and being a key player in a dynamic team. Whether you're new to leasing or have experience under your belt, we'll provide the tools and support you need to succeed.

Here's What You'll Do : (Variety of work)

Keep daily marketing areas and common spaces clean and welcoming

Lease apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant

Close sales by presenting the value and benefits of the property, overcoming objections, and guiding prospective residents through the decision-making process

Follow up promptly and professionally with all prospective and current residents

Assist with posting on property social media pages

Plan and participate in fun resident activities

Flexibility to conduct usual duties in all weather conditions

Conduct market surveys and suggest competitive changes

Stay on top of resident, maintenance, and property files

What You'll Need :

Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment

Strong understanding of sales process

Ability to thrive in a competitive environment

Comfort with software and the MS Office suite

A valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance

Varied work schedule which includes weekends during peak leasing season
