We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Rosebay. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Engage with customers, build rapport, and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Skills:
-Strong liquor knowledge
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in banquet or food industry settings is preferred
- Ability to upsell and promote food and beverage offerings
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail
