Front Desk Agent
Hotel 1000 is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all payment transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking tours or providing local information
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and software
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
