Night Auditor

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at Hotel 1000. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Duties:
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and transactions
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue and complete necessary reports
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to any emergencies or incidents
- Assist with guest services, such as providing directions, recommendations, and information about hotel amenities
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Familiarity with phone etiquette in a professional setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
