Who we are looking for:
As a member of our Revenue Operations Team, the Revenue Operations Manager will play a key role in enabling the company’s Salesforce and operations to run efficiently. You will maximize the effectiveness of systems and procedures by connecting key technologies to streamline workflows. You will strengthen Salesforce productivity and streamline growth planning to advance MHC’s industry competitiveness.
Worksite Location: Remote-first role with occasional in-office collaboration (typically 1 day per month) in Burnsville, MN.
*Only Minnesota/Twin Cities-based candidates will be considered.
What you will get to do:
- Manage sales team tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, etc.) and any additional technologies uses across the sales team
- Enable sales team success through technology, including rep pipelines, prospect, accountability reports, commit files and analysis
- Support monthly and ad hoc reporting and dashboard needs, plus reconciliation to ensure alignment between the field, the business, and Finance
- Drive contract data and reporting processes in Salesforce to drive subscription contracting and expansion of use
- Facilitate customer “At Risk” tracking automation, meetings, and analyses
- Own data for sales meetings, including EOM, EOQ, QBRs, including support for cross-functional teams needing Growth team input (e.g., product roadmap meetings)
- Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce and manage the mapping and analysis under one MHC
- Manage compensation plan and terms and conditions in conjunction with CSO and CFO
- Monitor and manage Win Rate analysis, loss review adherence, tracking RFP win rates, and more
- Oversee operational processes that involve cross-functional teams, including SOW approvals and discount approval processes with the professional services team, sales, finance, and management

Education and Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of sales and revenue operations experience
- Experience working for an enterprise SaaS company is preferred
- Prior experience with Salesforce
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
- AP or CCM automation experience a plus
- An inspiring leader who enjoys companies undergoing transformation efforts
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
