As a Veteran Service Assistant, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service to our 2700 members. This includes:
- Executing strategies to drive growth and increased member spend
- Sporting new member onboarding and member training
- Preparing data-driven reports to secure new members
- Actively engaging in member and supplier events to promote MHEC's value proposition
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 years of direct customer service experience
- Able to engage in conversations and sell the organization's value proposition
- Experience creating reports from data and navigating the internet for business information
- Demonstrated experience servicing customers, supporting requests, and following through
- Strong math skills and ability to analyze information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree desired, with supply chain, marketing, or management preferred
