At MHI, our Production Administrators play an essential role in delivering a white-glove customer experience. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and possesses a strong sense of urgency. This role ensures that the customer expectations set by our sales team are exceeded. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication with installation teams, clients, and internal team members to drive excellent service as an ambassador of our brand.
This is a 100% onsite position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Our Production Administrators are our customers’ and Project Managers’ main points of contact throughout each roofing project. They guide the customer through each phase of the project life cycle, ensuring that each project is built, scheduled, and executed exactly as sold.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Review customer contracts for accuracy of color, size, and other job-related details
- Create production documents for installation crews to use in the field
- Order materials and schedule delivery to job sites
- Contact customers to set expectations and schedule installation dates and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Work with our leadership to continually enhance service quality standards
- Communicate with and process permits from building departments
- Take status calls and report back to customers with updates using CRM systems
- Track projects for the successful completion of all phases of projects using service management software.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other staff members
- Ensure all documentation of the install was completed accurately
- Ensure the customer invoice and purchasing documents reflect any changes identified during the installation process.
- Monitor production efficiencies and recommend corrections to meet targets
- Interact with various departments to service customers

COMPENSATION: $60,000-65,000 base salary bonuses
