The Payroll Director is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of all aspects of the payroll and employee payment / reimbursement processes for the organization. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll, employee payments, and employee reimbursements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and efficient management of related systems and processes. The Payroll Director works closely with various departments to provide excellent service and support to employees. This position reports to the Controller.
Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree, in Finance, Business, or a related field
Preferences : Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), experience with UKG Pro
Eight (8) years’ Experience : in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance
License / Certifications : Valid Texas Driver’s License
Supervisory Experience : Three (3) years in upper management
