Responsibilities
Business Development : Drive growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities in the CX domain.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of CX opportunities by leveraging your network and industry expertise.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine compelling CX solutions and proposals.Lead proposal development and presentation efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and MHP’s strategic goals.Negotiate contracts and oversee the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
CX Offerings : Coordinate the offering process for CX-related proposals, from initial opportunity identification to a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
Innovation : Identify market trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies to enhance MHP’s CX offerings.
Client Engagements : Execute CX-focused projects, analyzing current situations, identifying root causes, and implementing innovative concepts and deliverables.
Leadership : Lead and coach project teams, serve as the primary liaison to client management, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
QualificationsQualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience :
5 years of professional experience in consulting or the automotive or manufacturing sector (consulting preferred).
3 years of project management experience, including leading teams and delivering successful projects.
Proven track record in business development, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and closing deals.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, with experience in process and system analysis.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and visualization tools like PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Visio and MIRO is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Must be able to lift pounds at times.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office / noisy environment.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
