What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at MHT Lighting?
This Production Coordinator will support the Manufacturing Area with coordinating all aspect of production and manufacturing of the product from raw material to finished goods on quality and on Time.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up production commitments to deliver products to customers on time.
- Serve as Quality inspector to guarantee the product is manufacture with good quality.
- Implementing process initiatives to maintain product quality.
- Manage control of inventory of Finished Goods, WIP (Work Orders in Process) and Components.
- Knowledge of testing and assembly PCBA’s.
- Able to use solder iron for through-hole assembly following PIC 610 standard is a plus
- Able to create Work Instruction for manufacturing
- Follow and support MHT’s Quality Management system per ISO9001:2015 Standard.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of related experience on manufacturing of electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and quality improvement
- Basic knowledge of electronics is a plus.
- English
- Follow ISO procedures.
- Use of Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to operate independently and multi-task in a rapidly evolving and challenging environment.
- Good attitude and collaborative mindset.
