About the Role
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver exceptional results in hiring, retention, and benefits management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management lifecycle, including selection process strategy, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Oversee daily HR administration, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and managing employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Lead initiatives to optimize onboarding and training strategy as the team grows.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in human resource management, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- A history of using data and KPIs to drive business results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, including prioritizing competing priorities and collaborating across the organization.
- Experience working with HR information systems and talent management systems.
