Lead Host/Supervisor

Mi Casa is in need of experienced, full-time lead host/supervisor for nights and weekends who can remain calm and courteous under pressure!

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
- Assist servers as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service.
- Take and manage to go orders

- Reconcile daily cash handling

Qualifications
- Host/hostess experience
- Food service background
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to handle guest services and relations effectively
- Prior experience in hospitality industry, including serving and hotel experience
- Proficiency in phone etiquette

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
