Duties
- Supervise daily field operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and personnel to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide training and support to field staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to resolve issues impacting project timelines or quality.
