We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Job Summary As a Home Care Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that enhance patients’ quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques for continued progress. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment. Provide guidance on assistive communication devices when necessary. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. Qualifications ✔ Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ✔ Licensure: Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ✔ Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. ✔ Experience: Previous experience in home health, geriatrics, or a clinical setting is a plus. ✔ Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Other: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
