Overview: Join our dynamic team as an In-House Financing Car Sales Representative at Mi Tierra Auto Sales, Inc. We are a used car dealership specializing in providing affordable and reliable vehicles to customers needing second chance financing. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in finding the right-fit vehicle and securing financing options that meet their needs. To set them up for financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, including assisting with financing applications and explaining financing options available through our in-house financing program.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and promote our dealership's offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. To meet the demands of speaking with our customer base.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred. Sales in other industries like gym memberships, cell phone, jewelry, or furniture sales translate well into the auto industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
