What to expect as a RN MDS Coordinator at Bellbrook: Under the direction of the Community Director of Nursing/Administrator/Executive Director, the Clinical Resource Manager will conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this community Required knowledge, skills & abilities: 1. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state 2. Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care 4. Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification. 5. Must be AANAC Certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
