Summary:
This Accounts Payable position is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions for the Miami Dolphins and its related entities. This includes but is not limited to: timely and accurate processing of invoices, validating proper tax treatment on each invoice, issuing checks and vendor payments, storing all required support for each invoice, communicating with and resolving vendor issues as required, and participating in various financial audits. In addition to these functions, the position will support the accounting and finance team through participation in other projects and assisting with the month-end close process.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing payment runs weekly for multiple entities.
- Receiving, coding, and processing invoices in Concur Invoice and Microsoft F&O.
- Ensuring that proper documentation is stored for all accounts payable transactions in Concur Invoice / Microsoft F&O.
- Validating proper sales and/or use tax assessment on each invoice.
- Participating in financial audits, as required.
- Ad-hoc projects in conjunction with the accounting and finance department as needed.
- Assisting team through transition to Concur.
