We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Media Asset Management Intern to assist in the cataloging, organizing, and tagging of digital media assets. This role is ideal for candidates interested in digital media management, content archiving, and metadata application. You will work closely with our Media Asset Management (MAM) team to ensure assets are accurately labeled, easily searchable, and properly stored for future use.

- Log and tag digital media assets (video, audio, images, graphics) with accurate metadata.
- Organize files within our Media Asset Management (MAM) CadDV system for easy retrieval.
- Assist in categorizing and archiving historical and newly acquired digital content.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in metadata entry and asset descriptions.
- Review and update existing metadata for improved searchability.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and production teams to maintain asset workflows.
- Identify and flag duplicate or miscategorized assets for review.
- Support quality control by verifying file integrity and format compatibility.
- Assisting in the maintenance of our project management system (Wrike).

Education And/or Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Library Science, Information Management, Film, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of file formats (video, audio, images) and metadata tagging.
- Familiarity with CatDV or MAM-related systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and file organization tools.
- Experience with digital archiving or asset logging.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Bridge).
- Knowledge of media production workflows.
- Interest in digital content organization and media management.
- Hands-on experience in digital asset management and media archiving.
