Job Title : Receptionist PACE
Job Summary
Perform receptionist duties for assigned department following department protocols and procedures. Assists with clerical duties as needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Handles all telephone calls, transfers calls to appropriate parties and greats and directs visitors.
- Transfers calls to voicemail or takes messages and delivers them to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Distributes incoming mail, copies and faxes documents in a timely manner.
- Emergency situations with clients / caregivers / providers are referred to appropriate parties.
- Maintains unit specific documentation as per department guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Provides assistance to staff and clerical support as needed.
- Attends department meetings and in-services as needed.
