Southern Team Automall in Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST. This is an office-based, clerical position that requires dependability. Will provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department. Previous accounting experience and experience in an auto dealership preferred, but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 12 months of related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills, prioritization, and time management required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of accounting software (CDK) and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and strict deadlines
- Desire to learn the many different facets of a dealership accounting office
- Must be at least 20 years old
