We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and professional individual to join our team as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while helping with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and confirm upcoming visits
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance
- Verify patient information and process insurance details
- Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Process patient payments & co-pays
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical office experience preferred (2) years
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with EMR systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
