What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Dedicated Ministry Client position at MicahTek, Inc?
This position will be onsite in the MicahTek office (not a remote position). MicahTek is located at 8215 S Elm Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74011. Work schedule will be regular business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Mondays through Fridays.
The primary responsibility will be to assist customers calling in regarding product and service information for one ministry client. You must be able to multi-task while understanding the details of processing orders, product returns, customer complaints, selecting and explaining potential solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, while answering general questions. Customer satisfaction is the top priority.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience is preferred.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail skills and quality focused.
Dependable with outstanding attendance record.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
