Our well established and growing Manufacturing client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced HRIS Analyst for this EXCELLENT IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY.
SALARY: $70k - $80k per year DOE
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO, Sick Pay
LOCATION: This position is located within Stanislaus County (includes cities - Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, etc.)
Position Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and administration of the HRIS system.
- Generating reports, analyzing HR metrics, and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Resolving system issues, providing technical assistance to users, and documenting solutions.
- Participating in system upgrades, testing new features, and implementing enhancements.
- Performs new company build/set up in HRIS system.
- Working with HRIS vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Is primary point of contact with vendors and HRIS technical teams.
- Conduct data audits.
- Set up the annual Benefit Open Enrollment system.
- Perform training and create user guides.
- Audit and process payroll if payroll administrator is absent.
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration with a Human Resource concentration
- A minimum of (2) years' experience working in HRIS role.
