What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Analyst position at Michael Aaron Staffing, LLC?
Sr. Billing Analyst paying up to $75K for a national corporation in the Boca Raton area. This position is an integral part of the corporate accounting department and will be responsible for all billing functions.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High volume of invoice processing and distribution
- Manage client invoice systems
- Reconcile invoices for accuracy
- Assist Financial Analysts in maintaining accurate billing
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years experience in corporate billing. Medical billing does not qualifyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
