Michael Aaron Staffing’s Legal Search team is working directly with our client, a prestigious mid-size firm on an exciting employment opportunity for an associate attorney to work with their Corporate Group in Denver.
The team is collaborative and invested in associate development. Associates are given hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to professional development resources.
3 or more years of corporate transactional experience (i.e. M&A, corporate governance, finance, etc.) Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, and have strong writing and communication skills.
Admission or eligibility for admission to Colorado Bar.
Base salary range is ($150,000 - $225,000) with generous bonus structure and competitive benefits.
