Your Role
As a Commercial Account Specialist, you will be responsible for :
Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure their demands are being met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Working directly with multiple contractors to create accurate bids and scope of work
Tracking all ongoing jobs and proposals via job progress sheet.
What We're Looking For
To succeed, you should have :
A strong background in construction knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects while still developing new business
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build & maintain strategic relationships
Sales / Business Development experience a plus
