What You'll Do
Lead and manage a team of salespeople & technicians 🔹 Oversee scheduling, job audits, and documentation compliance 🔹 Handle customer concerns and drive collections success 🔹 Manage equipment, materials, and department expenses 🔹 Conduct safety inspections, weekly team meetings & interviews 🔹 Maintain P&L and participate in manager on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of industry experience
- Restoration sales & Xactimate experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance industry & adjuster relations
- Strong customer service & leadership skills
- Familiarity with IICRC standards & estimating (a plus)
