- Oversee and manage all restoration projects from start to finish
- Supervise and lead a team of restoration technicians and ensure quality workmanship
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- 3 years of experience in restoration or construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- IICRC certification is a plus
