What You'll Do
Lead and manage a team of salespeople & technicians Oversee scheduling, job audits, and documentation compliance Handle customer concerns and drive collections success Manage equipment, materials, and department expenses Conduct safety inspections, weekly team meetings & interviews Maintain P&L and participate in manager on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
5 years of industry experience
Restoration sales & Xactimate experience (preferred)
Knowledge of insurance industry & adjuster relations
Strong customer service & leadership skills
Familiarity with IICRC standards & estimating (a plus)
