This program provides extensive training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency upon successful completion of the program.
Compensation and Work Hours
The total annual remuneration for this position is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales
- Engage in community activities
- Establish networking relationships with stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships
- Utilize lead management systems
- Seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to obtain State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health license insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and goal-focused
- Eager to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and open to coaching
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Strong ambition for personal and professional development
