Job Summary:
The Motor Clothes Associate at Michael Hohl Automotive Group is a crucial member of our Sales team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting the sale of motor clothes and accessories in our showroom. This is a full-time hourly position in the Auto industry, located in Carson City, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a keen eye for fashion and style. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, and employee discounts on motor clothes and accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Assist customers in selecting motor clothes and accessories that meet their needs and preferences
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of motor clothes and accessories to make appropriate product recommendations
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to complete sales transactions
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom at all times
- Take inventory and restock motor clothes and accessories as needed
- Continuously learn about new products and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Attend product training and sales meetings as required
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge and passion for motor clothes and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
