HR Coordinator

About Us:

We’re a fun-loving HR consulting group on the lookout for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about helping people and love keeping things organized, we want to hear from you! This role is all about teamwork, creativity, and a sprinkle of HR magic.

What You’ll Do:

• Onboarding Champion: Lead the charge in welcoming new hires with a fantastic onboarding experience! Guide them through orientation and ensure they feel right at home from day one.
• Resume Detective: Dive into resumes and spot the shining stars who are ready to join our client’s team.
• Candidate Whiz: Conduct fun prescreening chats in both English and Spanish to find out if candidates are the perfect fit.
• Interview Maestro: Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers—let’s make it smooth and enjoyable for everyone!
• HRIS Operative: Utilize Paylocity to enter and maintain employee info, keeping everything organized like a pro.
• Benefits Guru: Help manage employee benefits enrollments and be the go-to person for any questions about perks and programs.
• Team Player: Support the HR crew with various tasks and fun projects that pop up.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or something related is a plus, but we value experience too!
• Previous experience in HR coordination or a similar role, with a focus on onboarding.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)—you’ll be our communication pro!
• Familiarity with Paylocity and other HRIS systems, plus a whiz with Microsoft Office and are comfortable with technology.
• Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Great communication skills that make you a people person.
• A knack for handling sensitive info with care and confidentiality.
