As a General Manager, you will own recruiting, developing, and training a staff of elevated managers and associates while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Empower, develop, and motivate the team to drive results through delegating responsibilities and delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent through succession planning and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Train management to deliver operational excellence in all store processes while adhering to store budget.
- Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals.
- Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
