Job Description
This position is for a versatile and strongly Technical and versatile IT Systems Analyst to join a global manufacturing organization. You will be an IT and manufacturing subject matter expert, come from a software engineering background, and have systems analysis, solution architecture, API integration and business intelligence experience.
You will play a key role in understanding business need and technical requirements, designing solutions, configuring and implementing solutions for the division, and be an overall IT subject matter expert.
You will also be involved in supporting & enhancing the production solutions by conducting root cause analysis & performing corrective actions by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.

The Successful Applicant
The Technical IT Systems Analyst candidate will have the following:
- A bachelors degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field) is required
- 4-10 years professional experience
- A software engineering / software development expertise (any language is fine) is preferred
- Production support, requirements gathering, business analysis and systems analysis expertise
- Knowledge of Data Architecture and IT/OT integration patterns, including hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL processes.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a must
- API integration experience
- Power BI & Power Platform experience
- Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must
