The company is a leading medical device manufacturer with multiple locations across the world, and an office HQ in Boston. This role is a remote position, but you're more than welcome to work hybrid from their Boston location if interested! Job Description
The Information Technology Project Manager's responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple IT projects at one time and seeing them through from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee & lead IT governance
- Be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels across the globe and understand that work and projects may require extra additional hours on evenings / weekends to be successfully completed
- Developing and maintaining project plans
- Regularly communicating with Project Team to provide guidance, direction and support
- Plan, organize and host in-person project meetings with the Project Team and Stakeholders
- Communicate project progress, potential obstacles and recommended solution to management Team
- Develop and organize project documentation - working with Business Process Analysts, User Experience Designers, Product Owners, and Implementation Specialists
- Define quality standards for project deliverables and ensure that standards are met as project proceeds towards completion
- Understanding detailed project requirements and how the project supports the overall strategy of the company

The Successful Applicant
The successful Information Technology Project Manager candidate will have:
- Experience leading multiple projects as an IT Project Manager from start to finish. Preferably at least 3!
- Experience working within a global organization is a must
- Experience working in the medical device industry is a must
- ERP Project Management experience is hugely beneficial (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics 365, D365 preferred)
- The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and successfully delivering projects on time
- Willingness to adopt new technology and build technical skills to support development of business solutions
- Clear communication skills and the ability to communicate with executive level stakeholders
- SQL, Power BI, and data analytics skills and an overall understanding of IT systems is beneficial. No development experience is required.
