About Our Client
Our client is a growing technology and software company located in Westlake, Dallas. They are a leader in vehicle lifestyle management software as a service. They are seeking a Tax Director of Provision.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Oversee tax compliance
- Oversee tax strategy and planning
- Management of junior tax staff
- Tax technology systems

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA preferred
- 10 years of ASC740 tax experience
- Management experience
- Corporate compliance exposure
- Ability to be on site 5 days/ week
