Description
- Oversee the construction phase of assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with ownership goals.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with development, construction, and property management teams to ensure asset value is maximized throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide strategic input on capital improvements, cost control measures, and long-term asset strategies.
- Interface with lenders, investors, and stakeholders to provide project updates and reports.
Profile
- 5 years' experience in construction project management, development, or asset management.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets, proformas, and ROI.
- Proven ability to coordinate between construction, ownership, and property management teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with NYC projects preferred.
