Assistant Project Manager - Commercial - Bolyston, MA $90k - Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage full commercial construction projects from ground-up through completion.
- Assist in conceptual estimating and preconstruction processes, supporting the team with initial estimates and scope development.
- Coordinate with clients, Estimating team, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Help manage project documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Support the management of subcontractors and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Report to the Project Manager and senior leadership team.

- Skills: Proficiency with Procore and MS Suite. Knowledge of conceptual estimating and Design-Build experience is a plus.

- Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
