Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Coordinate with estimating and design-build teams.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Use Procore and MS Suite to manage project documents and communication.
Profile
Preferred Background:
- 3 years of Assistant Project Manager experience.
- Strong familiarity with ground-up construction projects.

Job Offer
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $90,000, based on experience.
