Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
Profile
Preferred Background:
- 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong background in ground-up construction projects.
- Experience in conceptual estimating and design-build processes is a plus.
Location Requirements:
- Must be commutable to Boylston, MA.
Job Offer
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $150,000, based on experience.
