Description

The successful Assistant Superintendent will:

• Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
• Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
• Maintain OSHA requirements
• Mentor less experienced construction professionals
• Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors

Profile

The successful Assistant Superintendent will have the following:

• Ground Up Project Experience
• Technically Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
• Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
• Ability to create strong relationships with clients
