Our client is looking for an organized Assistant Superintendent to run concrete through framing on a large multifamily project. The Assistant Superintendent is also responsible for making sure that health and safety guidelines are followed on site.

Description
- Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project focusing on back end of project
- Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods
- Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
- Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project
Profile
- 2 years of experience in Construction
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Must have experience running $50M projects as the Assistant Superintendent or Project Engineer
- Experience working with a developer/builder is preferred
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
- Strong management ability
