Looking for someone to keep the schedule on track, well organized and be able to motivate their team to get the job done with quality and on budget.

Description
Team Leadership: Manage supervisors and foremen, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of their work.
Resource Management: Manage equipment, including company assets and rentals, and ensure materials are available and utilized effectively.
Safety Compliance: Conduct safety inspections to ensure on-site working conditions and practices adhere to required standards.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs of job site operations and report to management as necessary.
Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications.
Profile
- 15-20 years of construction experience required
- $30M projects as a lead superintendent required
- ProCore, Microsoft Project Planner
- Cast and place concrete or steel structure experience
